How do I hang a picture?
The great thing about an internal concrete wall is that you can hang a picture or fit a shelf anywhere like and not have to find a stud. Most handy man drills have a concrete function, simply drill the hole, insert plastic toggle and fit screw.
What thickness is the insulation?
The minimum insulation is 125mm, but this can increase to any thickness.
How is the inside finished?
Steadfast has variety of plaster finish’s perfect for the Radiant wall, from glass smooth to sponge, alternatively direct fixed plaster board can be used.
How is the outside finished?
The outside of the Radiant wall is generally plastered and painted. There are a variety of textures, coats and colours to choice from. Due to concretes limit thermal expansion darker colours are possible.
How are electrical and plumbing installed?
These are installed before concrete placement. Wire is installed within PVC conduits, this not only protects the wire but allow additional room for any future electrical needs.
How important is thermal mass?
